I’m not Arab, but I’ll try to give you an answer. The obvious reason is that the United States is a staunch ally of Israel, a state most Arabs hate. The creation of a non-Muslim country in parts of the Palestinians’ native land, Israel’s control of Jerusalem (Islam’s third-holiest city) and the continuing suffering of the Palestine people are all a slap in the face to the Arab world. Another reason is that the United States is considered by some as the prime example of the decadent and capitalistic West: sexually degenerate, high divorce rates, feminism, lots of crime, racism and so forth, and with companies that ‘exploit’ the Third World.
