Personally, I have not worn anything ‘under’ except occasional pantyhose, but that rarely, for more than 25 years. My survey of close female friends: 3 of 10 don’t wear anything under, either. And removing all clothes before having sex… that sooo depends… sometimes yes, sometimes no… especially in public places.
