…….And lastly, about McDonalds: Why do Americans eat there so much, even when oversees. One reason: It is a great value! When on a backpacker’s budget, each dollor is vital. McDonalds is a lot of good food for cheap! That doesn’t mean Americans don’t or shouldn’t try local food as well. It only means that once you have had a bunch of the local grub, and want to save a buck (American slang for a dollor, just in case there was confusion)… I’ll take McD’s please.
