I also find pregnancy attractive, but I think it’s more a personal thing than something easily generalized to society at large (case in point: the guy who said, ‘They don’t. You’re insane.’). When it comes to things not generally associated with sex, I believe, but I’m not sure, that this is called a paraphilia, as it is nice, but could be done without, as contrasted with a fetish, which is necessary for sex to be enjoyable.
