Personally I find sandwiches without some sort of condiment hard to swallow. There isn’t any lubrication for the bread and other food items on your sandwich to go down smoothly. Drinking water with food in your mouth? I find that to be disgusting. And let’s face it, we are living in a world where the basics just aren’t enough for most people, so they have to have in this case fat and cholesterol to add to the taste and to their already unhealthy lifestyle
