Interracial lesbian couples are probably no more common than interracial straight couples. My girlfriend is a sociology major studying black lesbians, and has found that white lesbians are often as clueless about race issues as white straight women. I am in an interracial lesbian relationship, and sometimes it is difficult to be doubly stigmatized. So, basically, I would disagree with some of the other answers; it’s just as hard to be in an interracial lesbian relationship as it is to be in an interracial straight relationship.
