I would simply write (or say) ‘multi-ethnic,’ or, if it’s a series of boxes that you check off, pick ‘other.’ If asked to explain, you can then elaborate on your daughter’s racial heritage. I think it’s commendable that you are so considerate of this issue, because it is going to be important for her to be proud of her background.
