That’s not true (or at least in my case). My mother is Puerto Rican and she married a white guy. She’s the only one in my family to marry a white person, but she did. It depends on how they were brought up, I guess. My mother was brought up in an all-white school (she was the only non-white there), so maybe that’s it.
