If, as you say, most East Indians consider themselves smarter than other ethnic groups, then they qualify as racists. The notion that East Indians feel that they are intellectually ‘superior’ to others is a bigoted mindset. If this mindset influences how they relate to others, then they are, in every sense of the word, racist.
