I think that is just the way society and some families inadvertantly raise thier kids when they are young. If you are taught that lighter skin, clearer eyes and straighter hair are prettier than darker skin, darker eyes and curlier hair, then you will obviously view darker women (and others in general) as ugly ,dirty or whatever else.
