I've seen alot of guys who were completely honest with women, and the girls they were with were so deviant that they found themselves in debt and many other questionable situations. A friend of mine was in a long term relationship with a woman and he was a fairly well off young guy. She ended up playing him out of thousands of dollars, he lost his car and lost his job because of her. She took his car to see another guy and destroyed his it in an accident. He couldn't go to work, because his job required him to travel daily. On the outside looking in I blame him for letting it happen and not seeing the signs earlier, but that can't take away from the fact that she was completely in the wrong (during the whole relationship). It's one thing to say what you say to get what you want (not justifying anything), but it's a completely different story to claim to be committed and be totaly dishonest and abuse the trust of your partner. I've seen men do the same to women as well, but for a women to say that all men lie cheat scam and use is completely false. Women in my eyes can be much more devient than men when they want to be for the simple fact they can pull off the innocent roll very well. This is just what I know from my experience. A woman knows what she is going to do with you within the early stages of meeting you. Ever motice why some women become attatched after having sex quicker than you do? Did you ever notice that some women might see a man that looks like he might have something and be the ugliest cat in the world, but she still talks to him? Its the same thing guys do. Have you ever heard the term 'I hope she pays what she ways'? Come on. Be real Mari. We're guilty of the same crimes. Don't act like you're better than me. I'm not that guy. My man Tyry isn't that guy either.

When I was in high school I played football and baseball, but I was also in the jazz band and marching band. I caught some harassment for being in the band because I hung out with a lot of the kids who were in the band with me as well ( none of them played any sports or were jocks). But I caught the worst of it I feel like because it was like I was riding the fence. I was a leader on both teams and I think that is why I got any respect from the 'jocks', because I didn't really hang out with them as much as the band kids. I was also a pretty big boy too so I was a little more difficult for the 'jocks to bully.

I understand what you are saying, but I do not see this as a steroetype or as something that is negative. I don't know if you see it that way either. I will say this, as a black man I choose to carry myself in that manner just as you said. I am well dressed, confident, I speak elegantly when I need to and have always be a leader. I feel that there is no other way for me to be. Thats just my personality. I don't see that as fitting into a steroetype.

Let me just say that I know first hand that white women are afraid of me. I am a rapper. I write and produce all of my own music and do a lot of promoting for myself at clubs and malls around my area. I also have a good job for a merchant credit card processor (I am not just out trying to hustle up some money from unsuspecting white girls). But nine out of every ten white women that I aproach either damn near run away from me or think that I am trying to hit on them. I have even been out promoting my cd with my girlfriend and they will still think I am trying to hit on them. What gives? Its not like I am approaching them in an intimidating manner. In fact I am usually as polite as possible, but I still get the same reaction. You are scared and you know it. We are not all thugs. When will you all (everybody) realize that.
