Ooops! I didn’t know it was a Black thing – I’ve been backing into parking spaces for years, although I usually look for a space where I can just pull through into a space that faces forward. My husband and I call them ‘fast getaway’ spaces, and we do it specifically so we can leave without a lot of backing and filling (we’ve both got big vehicles that aren’t particularly nimble).
