It really depends on what you start out with. Some very flat-chested women could benefit from some breast augmentation. The aim mightn’t be to look ‘outstanding,’ just normal. It might be important for them to regain their self-esteem. I have no problem with this. Then again, if you’re talking Pamela Anderson ‘warheads,’ forget it. Not so sexy.
