A documentary on the BBC stated that in Kenya and other parts of Africa pedophilia is occurring constantly, so much so that now nine of 10 children have been abused or raped, some as young as 2 years old. They feel it could be due to to the AIDS epidemic, which is no excuse at all. It’s a disgrace whether the perpetrator is black or white.
