I’m not fat enough that wiping is a problem for me, but reading your question got me to thinking of ideas. I’ve seen television shows in which people who were very, very large talked about how they managed similar tasks. One man was very fond of his ‘grabber’ – a retractable rod with a pincher on the end that opens and closes with a squeeze on the handle. He would use it to get things off shelves or pick things off the floor. He also grasped washcloths and things in it to get to hard-to-reach areas when bathing. I suppose you could do the same with toilet paper.
