Why are some of us gay and some straight, or prefer black partners to white? The question of personal likes and dislikes are what make us all unique and interesting. Remember that there was a time when a white man who loved a black woman was considered a pervert, and was forbidden to marry her. The question of wrong versus right can only be answered by the parties involved, and while some may argue that a minor can’t make an adequate judgment, I counter that there’s no magical difference between an 18-year-old and a 17-year-364-day-year-old.

Some people my age are less socially/sexually mature than some teenagers. While the sexual experience itself may be physically harmful to the child, I believe most of the psychological trauma caused to the child comes from the “wrong-sayers.” Someday, either the laws will change, or they’ll just won’t be enforced.
