Tickling is a very fine line for me — when my wife means to tickle, it tickles and is annoying. When she doesn’t start meaning to tickle, strokes that would otherwise tickle beyond belief are very arousing in a way that no other stroke could be. So it depends — if your idea of tickling has a torture component to it, no, it wouldn’t do much for me. But if your intent was to arouse and even enjoy my squirming, my cup would runneth over.
