It’s probably a lower class thing. I saw a black girl accost an Hispanic women on the train and her and her friend were swinging at the women and telling her they were going to take their knives out and kill her kids. It was a pretty disgusting display. Also, black women in general seem to like drama. In my neighborhood, black women always travel in packs and their loud voices can be heard making a fuss in every store, and on every street. At one of my jobs, the manager had to fire a black girl (she was the laziest person i’d ever worked with) and when the manager left, she was waiting outside. Your sisters experience is not uncommon. For the most parts whites tolerate it because they’d rather not deal with the consquences of lawsuits etc. They’re rather just have peaceful day.
