Joseph, The roomates are showing a complete lack of disipline. They will have many problems when they get to their normal duty station (I assume a training setting by the context of the post), it will not be tolerated. As everywhere else, the CO may be avoiding a ‘racial incident’ by ignoring the problems. This is the biggest problem with the current black privilege paradigm so prevelant in today’s society (lowered standards for behavior due to fear of being labled a racist). It is ultamitly the CO’s job to fix this, it would not be tolerated if the roles were reversed (it would be portrayed as racist). I would suggest you make a personal call to her first seargent. The first seargent can only be fired by congress, he or she should fix it, if they don’t they need retire or find a new career.
