Now I know that a lot of people are afraid of communism, as it should be due to what we have seen come from it in past years, however to answer your question I would have to suggest you take time and read the short but meaningful Communist Manifesto. I am by no means a communist, but I read the book which is by Karl Marx and I learned a lot and it changed me a lot. For me it also answered your question about what Marx called ‘Class antagonisms’.
