I don’t know if they eat cat meat, but when I lived in Seattle, which has a varied and large Asian population, I did see the carcass of a dog by the garbage Dumpster in a mostly Asian apartment complex. I have also read that Chinese restaurants have substituted turkey for chicken because it’s less expensive. I believe Asians will cut corners, though.
