Hmm. I have not noticed a race/sexual precociousness link. In my experience, this is based more on economic class and individual self esteem. My senior year in college, I roomed with three other white girls. Three of us were virgins, and the other had had sex with one guy (after arriving at college). But we grew up in middle class homes and found ourselves at an Ivy league school, so this is not a fair sampling. On a separate note: I am willing to hypothesize that among Hispanic girls, there might be more Catholicism, which would inhibit early sexual practice.
