Alright, basically I think thats an upbringing rather than a racial question. I come from an Italian household and I was always taught that it was rude. I always excuse myself to the bathroom to blow my nose, and I hate when people do it in front of me… especially at the dinner table. Either way, its pretty innocuous and really just a question of etiquette
