I too am growing rather tired of black people constantly whining about how the system is stacked against us beacause much of our inability to succeed is due in large part to our failures and shortcomings and rather than look inward as to why some blacks fail we continue to look outward for it is counterproductive and this is a 36 yr old black man who is saying this and it pains me to no end.

In response to the young lady, I could not have said it better myself beacause as a black man it is high time that black people stop trying to gain acceptance from other races and learn to accept each other for it is the only way that blacks will be able to succeed in this country.
