    Washing hands isn’t a race thing at all. I wash my hands every time. Maybe their parents didn’t teach them as well as yours taught you. Maybe they don’t think they need to wash their hands. Who knows? All I know is it’s not a race or gender thing, it’s a personal thing. I know people who routinely use the toilet seat covers and open the bathroom door with a paper towel. I wouldn’t do that unless the place was filthy.
