I wouldn’t mind if minority males are standing on a equal ground when competing with white males, but sometime, it’s not the case. I have seen many minority females ditching more qualified minotiry males for less-qualified white males. But again, I guess we can’t blame white males for not rejecting minority females when they throw themselves at them.
