Perhaps it’s possible in the same way people get divorced and call themselves Christian. I can’t remember the number of admonitions to heterosexuals in the Bible, but it must number in the hundreds. Homosexuality is mentioned hardly at all. You have to pick through the Old Testament with a nit comb to find the references. When Congressman Bob Barr authors the absurd ‘Defense of Marriage Act’ to keep gays from marrying, is he really trying to defend marriage? By last count, he liked marriage so much he’d done it three times. And Bob calls himself a Christian.
