"yellow"(asians) is a color, black is a color, so everyone is colored why can't eveyone join. I think maybe there should be an NAAWP maybe it would help whites overcome affirmative action. The Jews that receive compensation were alive when it happened, or directly descendants(children) of the people who suffered. See there are no blacks alive who were slaves, and if there were any children of slaves alive they would be what oh around 121 years old if they were born during the civil war(1886). No see they are not directly affected by slavery, however and person who was 20 in 1945 and suffered from the Nazi oppression would be about 72 or so they they would have been directly affected and therefore eligible for compensation where as there is no one alive who was directly affected by the slavery in America, so what reason would there be to compensate people for something that didn't happen to them or affect them.

My uncle, who is a white male, has been denied a job at a state department in Alabama because of affirmative action, not to be racist but unqualified black women are given the job to fill the "quota" of "minorites" and most of them do not even last through the probationary period. So everyone is discriminated against one way or another, so I guess in a way blacks and whites, and all other colors are treated equally, in the sense that they are discriminated against equally.

There could be two or three John Smiths in one area, right, one is black one is white and one is mexican. One of them is a convict, if the place of business does not hire ex-cons then if you don't have specific information to narrow your search to the exact person applying all three of those men will be refused employment becaue one committed a crime and happened to have the same name. So even though race shouldn't matter it does for the purpose of background checks and such.

Yes in some Asian cultures it is more desirous to be white they think it is beautiful, take the Japanese geisha for instance. These classes are broad and cover more than one religion, Christianity, Islam, the Jews, and so on. This is a good class if you want to know more about religion and it is an elective and therefore optional to be taken. I say that if the students want to learn more in depth about one or more of the religions I say let them. Have classes about the Bible, the Torah, the Koran, whatever the holy book is. They would be electives and completely optional so just because you're an atheist it doesn't mean you should be able to say these kids can't learn about something that they want to learn about, and just because I'm a Christian it doesn't mean I can say you're wrong or that any other religion is.
