I’ve been blinded since I moved back to Texas two years ago, though otherwise Texans are the most polite of people. I figure it’s because I’m a sports-car driver in a pickup-truck state. Like ‘Dim those darn things,’ I’ve been fooled into brighting an oncoming driver who, it turned out, just had high-aiming low beams. Proper headlight alignment is part of the state vehicle inpection here, but something more needs to be done….
