even if you have a noticable mustache, i would highly recommend that you leave it alone(although there is a point that you have to draw the line!) ok take my leg hair for example, when i shave and the hair comes back in, it comes in dark. but every winter–since i live in a snowy state and my legs dont see the light of day–i stop shaving, and after i live though that picky stage my leg hair turns blonde again as if i was ten again. so if you shave your lip there is a possibly that that lip hair may come in Darker, which would just make it even more noticable. plus if you are a naturally hairy person that wasnt blessed with blonde body hair, you dont to be worrying about if you need to go shave your face again. i know several woman that just live with, and after awhile it doesnt really bother them any more.
