I also live in Boston and noticed that in other parts of the country there are a lot of women with bad hairstyles. However, in Boston, women usually seem to have ‘normal’ hairstyles. I don’t know what women you are talking about, but for the most part it seems like women in Boston take better care of their hair than others.
