I believe many more people than you may think respect and envy you as a stay-at-home parent. If I had to do it over again, I would have ensured one of us stayed with our kids. Too many social problems exist today that can be directly associated with emotionally deprived kids who were raised by someone other than a parent. Why have kids if you are just going to warehouse them in daycare for the first 5 years of their lives? Two cars, three VCRs, a second home? What are our priorities, anyway? Gephry, enjoy the time with your kids. You will never regret it. This Vermonter envies you.
