Bill23243ParticipantYour daughter needs to learn to stand up for herself and call their bluff. As long as she allows others to push her around, they will. She will be looked at as weak and an easy target. She should document all the harassment (times, dates, actions, perpetrator) and go to her next in command with the complaint. Allow for a reasonable amount of time, and if no action occurs, she should go to that person and tell them that if the complaint is not resolved immediately she will go over his/her head. Then do it. Keep in mind that using this course of action could backfire and cause her more grief. She should absolutely not go AWOL.
