What is up with white people thinking that the behavior of an individual black or a group of blacks has to have some sort of cultural aspect. It seems obvious to me that your sister was dealing with a hostile and potentially violent disgruntle employee. Is it a cultural thing when white disgruntle workers shoot up the office building where they work at?
