yesterday a 24 yr old black male was shot and killed by an under cover southfield police officer. my question is since the shotting death occured in detroit and the officer was clearly out of his jurisdiction, is it murder? don’t let the fact that the black male was un-armed and still seated in a vehicle cloud your judgement. i myself am very outraged and need answers why? why did the man have to die!!!!
