RobertDMemberOk, I do get where you are comming from because I live in the south and alot of my friends are religious. However, it is mostly the fundamental christians. DotParticipantMost religions have taken a turn toward the hateful during the past 25-50 years. Islam was never such a political force as it is now. The creation of Israel has caused some Jews to wrap themselves in Biblical text to justify political actions. Some Christians have become extreme since the advent of people like Atwater and Rove in their midsts, stirring up hatred as a way to get them to the polls.

RobertDMemberI went to a catholic high school and I, myself, am a non religious person. I used the terms “priest” and “pastor” interchangeably and people gave me some funny looks. Is there a difference? What about the word “preacher?”
