Kurt RozekMemberWhy are men expected to leave the toilet seat down for women? I don’t mind lifting it up when it’s down. So, what’s the big deal with putting it down if it’s up?

DannyHParticipantBest way I’ve found to break women of this particular piece of manipulation is to simply stop raising it in the first place. AFter a few times, they’ll be demanding that you raise it. Life’s a banquet and most poor bastards are starving to death!

DotParticipantBecause if the woman of the house happens to be using the bathroom at night, and can’t see the disposition of the toilet seat, she is likely to fall into the bowl. A far greater irritation than simply having to put the seat down when you’re finished peeing.
