[Diane Tabbott]

Why do so many blacks drive so damned slow? I don’t race around…I usually do the limit or a little above…but at least three or four times a week, I find myself stuck behind a relatively young (at least not elderly) black driver going 10-20 mph UNDER the limit. What’s with that???
