Why does it appear that the media/television is trying to erase black women as sexual partners for black men? Every time I view a soap opera (in channel surfing), see a commercial, watch a prime time movie or even a sitcom, there seems to be a black man in a sexual situation with a white woman. Society seems to believe that white women are the ‘ideal’ and all men (including black men) should aspire to them. It’s extrememly insulting to black women.
