Why does it seem that many African American people are afraid of dogs? I have a very small puppy,this afternoon I had 2 small African American children get really scared,and cry when we passed by.I noticed that even several African American adults seemed uncomfortable beeing near the dog. My dog’s really mellow, not hyper and wild.
