Why is a society better off if it is ‘diverse’? What I mean is…What does a superficial characteristic such as race,gender or sexual orientation have to do with merit, progress, societal betterment or anything else besides superficiality??!! I think ‘diversity’ is simply a code word for quota used to achieve liberal, social engineering-type goals. I believe it promotes weakness in minorities, women, and homosexuals along with a big dose of entitlementitis. Come and get me! The (superficially) White Guy.
