Does older people feel comfortable living near younger people?

I live in a large apt. complex with people of all ages. I’m not old, but middle age. I have no problem with younger people as long as they don’t blast their music or TV. The few times this has happened, I’ve asked nicely for them to turn it down and they usually do, so no problem. I do get irked by some of the young guys who drive through the parking lot like the Indianapolis 500 and don’t give pedestrians right of way. Just Curious
