AngiParticipant1. that when a tragedy happens, i.e. terrorist attacks, murders, riots we forget what it means to be Christian? America says she’s a Christian country, but seldom seem to practice it. Being Christian does not only mean believing in him (or her, depending on what you believe) but it is following in God’s will. God taught us to forgive, and it is never practiced. We hate and react with violence, which is not the way we are taught. 2.in pictures depicting Christ, why is it he is always protrayed as some white man? He was born in the Middle East, correct? Middle Eastern men, as far as I checked, didn’t have porcelin white skin. They had color to it. I firmly believe that Jesus was not a white man as we know today, but one who had the type of skin resembling men in Middle Eastern countries. 3. why do we try to convert people to Christianity? Aren’t we all praying to the same God? God has so many different children, don’t each and every one of us worship him in a different way? Why must we forget tolerance and try to make every other person in this world just like us?
