Are you Kidding? We’re not who we say we are. We are the only country that have actually used nuclear weapons to blow up two countries killing thousands, possibly millions of men, women and children (Now, I agree that we should fight back but, Sheesh!) We’ve imprisoned, killed and harassed various groups of people because of their differences, we are still pretty greedy, a tiny country with a big appetite for other people’s stuff, i.e. oil, rocks, gold, uranium, etc..in the past we usuually slaughtered large groups of native people to get their stuff. Now we do other things these days like threaten, bribe and pay off Then while others starve we ask them to conserve their forest and animals even though we’ve spoiled our own. Lastly, one juicey reason forour friend’s attitudes toward us.(In, I think 1988) Carter and Vergensky set up the Afganistan people with their first pieces of military equipment in order to draw the Russians in. I remember hearing Vergensky say that ‘this was a big game of chess'(Maybe it was Carter). Many young men were killed during this experiment and this was just the tip of one of many government icebergs. Now, I know this is the best country to live in. I enjoy it, but I don’t ignore or forget my country’s activities. Now, what was your question?
