Why convert to a religion that’s intolerant?

Christianity is the most agressive religion in my experience as far as trying to convert others (the Crusades, Holocaust, born again Christians and Catholics). Why in the world I would consider converting to a religion that is so intolerant of other religions? They are also intolerant of homosexuality and other practices that do not harm them directly. Why can’t they live and let live? If my soul doesn’t qualify for heaven based on YOUR criteria, that’s my business, not yours. Just Curious

Trust me, Christians do not have a monopoly on intolerance. I have never heard mainstream Christians say half the ugly things that have been hurled at me by my Jewish in-laws and extended family.
