Why?

    Why is it when I walk in the halls in my school and I accidentally bump a black person they jump all over me, or rather when they bump into me they look at me like I am just in their way and I should have moved out of their way for the queen or king to walk through? I mean they expect me to say excuse me but they sure don’t. Why?
