Well, as for Norwegians go… the color of the pubes is seldom exactly the same as the hair on the head. It is often a shade or to darker, or more reddish. Myself, I am a total mix up of colours. I have dark blond hair on my head, light blond eyebrows, dark hair on my chest and red baird and pubes hair.

Well, whites with dark hair (brown or black) do. I don’t know about red heads. Blondes have darker pubic hair than the hair on their heads, but not necessarily as dark as those with brown or black hair from what I’ve heard.

Yes and no. On average it tends to be darker than scalp hair in the light-haired person. But not always. Red-heads often have red-tinged pubes. And of course, it’s a lot curlier than scalp hair in people whose scalp hair is relatively straight.

for the most part, yes. And as ppl get gray, you can usually tell what color their hair was from their pubic hair. (okay, I’m a nurse, so I have a reason to look) My question is, why doesn’t pubic hair go gray? Is it just hair that’s been exposed to the sun? My pubic hair has a reddish cast that I wish my head hair had.

I’m a white person, and I have blondish brownish hair and black pubic hair. I think the majority or white people have dark pubic hair regardless of their head-hair color.

In my experience it’s actually a shade or two darker that the hair on our heads….All that I have seen at least…and my own as well 🙂
