I hang out amoung the Goth scene, and have obserbed it well, along with its inhabbitants. But why do so many like this certain type of unusual poetry. If you to personal websites of alot of goth gals, they quote a dark romance type of poetry. But the poem usually at the end of it all, dosent rearly say anything, or makes it clear what its going on about. Here is an example, here are some lyrics from a Candlemass song. North is cold, summer is late South is sorrow, surrounded by hate West is far, a dream you are creating East is here, and your fate is awaiting. Alot of Goths love stuff like this, but it dosent rearly make alot of sense or say anything, like what is it actually going on about. Goth people, please lend your thoughts.
