This question is more for psychologists and therapists: I’m a transsexual (genetic male), and when masturbating I sometimes do it to myself, but imagine I’m someone else (female) – like I would do it to porn. A bisexual friend has told me that she sometimes does the same thing. It usually involves lots of pretending – I’m far from attracted to myself, nor am I any kind of narcissist. Does this sound like we just see in ourselves what we find attractive in others, or is this something abnormal?
