The theory that I have that alot of young black males are involved in gangs and violence, whether in gang or on an individual basis, is that African descendents are only a century or so removed from tribal/war-like upbringing and that it runs in their genes. They tend to have a more impulsive and very quick reaction to act, while the white person will tend to have a more thought out plan and a crime that tends to be more often then not, violent. Is this true and are there other theories that coincide with this?
